While using the ABR bootable iso the nic is not recognised.
Even with the self made ABR WinPE (Windows 7) plus the driver I can not get the nic to work.

Already tried this. The Acronis Linux Report Tool is not working on this mashine.
So I had to use the Acronis Windows Tool for it.

Welcome to the club. I got in a Dell T310 a month ago and had the same problem. The boot media also fails to recognize the NICs in the new Intel DDR3 motherboards. I contacted Acronis and got absolutely nowhere (imagine that). They don't do a very good job of updating the drivers on the boot media. I guess they have their hands full with other issues :)

Hello all,

Thank you for updating this thread.

Martin,

I am terribly sorry, but without the Acronis Linux Report it will be difficult for us to resolve this issue. Can you kindly let us know what exactly happens when you boot from the bootable CD and click on Tools -> Collect system information menu.

Jim Becher,

If I am not mistaken, those network cards are made by Broadcom. We have fixed the issue in the latest bootable CD available in your account. However, due to some technical issues, we only uploaded the latest media to customer's accounts in the beginning of May. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Please check this article for additional information. I am sure that if you download the latest bootable CD from your account, your network card will be detected. However, if you are still having problems with our bootable media, please check Yana's post and submit a support request.

Please let me know if you have additional questions.

Thank you.

Anton Deev

Well... Yana told me the fix for the Broadcom drivers was in my account weeks ago. Obviously the 'technical issues' you mentioned made it not so. Thanks for wasting my time. I just re-downloaded it and it appears the Broadcom driver fix actually made it to my account this time.

Dell Precision T1500 Bios Update

So now the question that has yet to be answered by anyone at Acronis. When I go in to my account and look at the date on the booable iso. It says Build 11639 4/13/2010. It is obvious that it has been updated since then with the Broadcom drivers. Since the date on the bootable iso still says Build 11639 and is dated 4/13/2010 how are you ever supposed to determine when it has been updated with new drivers? Crap Shoot, download an pray?
