Hi,
Does the issue persist when you play local videos and audios?
I have searched for the Windows 8.1 drivers for your model, currently they are not available.I would suggest you to follow the steps provided below:
Method 1: Run the Audio troubleshooters.
Follow the steps to run the troubleshooter:
a.Press Windows key + C on your keyboard to show the Charms bar.
b.Type Troubleshooting and click Troubleshooting under Settings.
c.Now click on Hardware and Sound.
d.Run the Play audio troubleshooter and follow the prompts. Once this is done, restart the computer and check the status.
If the issue still persists, let’s uninstall both sound and video card drivers. Let Windows load default drivers.
Method 2:
Press Windows key + R, type devmgmt.msc in the run prompt, hit Enter.
Expand the Sound, video and game controllers, right-click the sound card, click uninstall.
Similarly, expand the Display adapters, right-click the display card listed, click uninstall
Restart the computer, let Windows detect the driver and install by itself.
Now check if you can play the videos, audio files.
If the issue still persists, continue to the next method.
Method 3: Visit the Gateway website, download the VGA, sound drivers and install them in compatibility mode.
